🛡️ Your strategies are not our product

• We don't sell your data or your uploads. Private uploads stay private — visible only to you and admins, never indexed for others.
• Sandboxed checks run sealed. Strategies execute in containers with no network, read-only filesystem, and hard resource caps. Code can't phone home, and results are stored, never resold.
• No training on your code — and local where it counts. Search embeddings and forum moderation run on our own local model and never leave the server. Strategy Forge is different: to generate improvements, the strategy is sent to the configured LLM provider — our local model when that's enabled, or a third-party LLM API otherwise, in which case that provider's data policy applies. We never use your code to train any model ourselves; if a strategy is too sensitive for a cloud API, don't Forge it (or ask us to run Forge on the local model).
• Forum posts are public by design — that's the point of a forum. Emails are only ever visible to admins; everywhere else you're a name and an avatar.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics (League scores computed from public GitHub code, site health metrics) to improve Freqle. Details in the disclaimer.
